Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal at job sites
- Read basic blueprints and execute simple layout tasks
- Support specialized trades as directed by site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
