Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters and masons with material preparation and installation
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Participate in site layout tasks using measuring tapes and levels
- Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (entry-level)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
