Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform carpentry tasks under supervision (framing, formwork, basic finishing)
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespersons with various construction phases
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
