Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks at residential/commercial sites
- Prepare and clean job sites, including material handling and equipment setup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction plans
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, concrete pouring, and debris removal
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal supervision
