Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris and setting up safety zones
- Handle, load, and unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and foremen
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Support skilled tradesmen with material delivery and task assistance
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
