Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation tasks
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, levels)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in team-based construction projects from foundation to finishing

Qualifications
