Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Perform manual tasks like digging, shoveling, and carrying materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed on-site
- Operate basic machinery under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
