Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment as needed
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Complete on-the-job training modules to develop construction skills
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
