- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Support team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
