Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools safely (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret simple construction blueprints and instructions
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily team briefings and project progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
