Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment/materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and work in a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
