Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols strictly
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred but not required)
