Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and manual digging
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
