Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety guidelines
- Maintain organized tool sheds and job site cleanliness
- Participate in daily safety briefings and PPE compliance
- Support concrete forming, framing, and finishing tasks
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Illinois
- Commitment to safety-first practices
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
