Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks
- Follow verbal/written instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Load/unload construction materials safely
