Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain job site safety standards and wear proper PPE at all times
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Complete daily equipment and tool maintenance checks
- Participate in team meetings to align on daily objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance record
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
