Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in team-based construction projects across residential and commercial sites
