Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform demolition work using hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction safety
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
