Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and assembling materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Support skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Participate in team briefings and project planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
