Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions from supervisors
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under proper supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10 certification a plus)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
