Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and manual excavation tasks
- Maintain organized job sites and debris removal
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Drug-free workplace – pre-employment screening required
