Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read blueprints and project specifications to execute tasks accurately
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Complete daily reports and collaborate with team leads on project timelines
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
