Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision (framing, scaffolding setup)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- No prior experience required – training provided
