Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow instructions from crew leads and project managers
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno County
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
