Responsibilities
- Assist senior crew members with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision (shovels, hammers, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support carpenters and masons with material handling tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
