Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read basic blueprints and construction instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing crews as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within metro Atlanta
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Commitment to punctuality and teamwork
