Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and physical tasks as project demands
- Read basic blueprints and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job site inventory
- Participate in team-based construction activities to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task estimation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
