Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Read basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in Texas weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No criminal record background check required
- Eagerness to learn construction trades fundamentals
