Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Read simple blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and light equipment
- Perform general labor duties including digging, carrying, and debris removal
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh metro area
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counting
