Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read basic blueprints and execute tasks as directed
- Assist in setting up/dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in teams
