Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites and follow all OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and project timelines
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout workday
