Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job site layouts
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand/power tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Support demolition, cleanup, and debris removal operations
- Operate light machinery like forklifts and earth-moving equipment under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
