Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, hand tools)
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following OSHA safety standards
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades with physical tasks as needed
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
