Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow verbal instructions and blueprints accurately
- Report safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- No prior experience required – training provided
