Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work areas per OSHA standards
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory at job sites
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
