Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and cleanup tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite to support project efficiency
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
