Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating hand/power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support carpenters and masons with material preparation and basic installation
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Operate light machinery like forklifts and compactors under supervision
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
