Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper techniques and tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Participate in building framework, concrete work, and finishing tasks as trained
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to motivated beginners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to wear protective gear
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
