Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and digging trenches
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on various tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
