Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments
- Participate in team projects while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
