Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Perform physical tasks requiring stamina, including lifting, carrying, and digging
- Participate in team-based projects to ensure timely project completion
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
