Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors precisely
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment at all times
- Participate in physical tasks like digging, lifting, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
