Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Participate in erecting scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Support concrete pouring, excavation, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if needed)
