Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundational work
- Participate in team tasks to meet project deadlines
Qualifications

- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
