Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Support various construction phases including framing, demolition, and finishing
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Cleveland area
