Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and basic power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed
- Participate in project clean-up and waste management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No experience required – training provided
