Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Perform trenching, excavation, and debris removal tasks
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Participate in daily site briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Zero construction experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
