Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain organized work zones
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Participate in trenching, excavation, and foundation work
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided upon hire)
