Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywalling, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site layouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
