Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Participate in building foundations, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Support excavation and earthwork operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme desert conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Clark County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
